I chose this hotel for its convenient location near Universal Studios Florida and was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary shuttle service to Disney and Sea World. The spacious lounge and free continental breakfast were also delightful amenities.
Beds never made, self-fetched towels, and hard creamer.

Our stay at Surestay Plus was so convenient to Universal Studios and the pool was perfect for a refreshing swim after a day at the parks. The room was spacious and clean, making it a comfortable base for our Orlando adventures. The complimentary shuttle service was a nice added touch.

Had a blast with my squad hitting up the outdoor playground and splash park at the hotel! The shuttle to Epcot Center was clutch for us party people. We also had a blast at the outdoor pool, soaking up the sun and chilling in the covered seating area.
Wish they had more late-night events for us night owls looking to keep the party going even after the parks close! .

Close to shopping, breakfast was good, kids' area by pool was fun. The staff was helpful, the pool area was lovely, and I enjoyed relaxing on the wooden deck overlooking the pond.
Who doesn't love finding someone else's hair in the toilet upon check-in? .

The location was super close to Universal Studios, and the bed was really comfy. The receptionist who checked me in was just wonderful!
The pool wasn't fixed as promised, which was a bummer for my spouse's birthday trip. The beds were quite uncomfortable, and the service overall was lacking, especially when it came to resolving issues promptly.

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and I could feel every individual spring, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The cleanliness of the room was also lacking, with hair in the toilet when we arrived and not enough towels provided. the hotel was conveniently located near Universal Studios, and the property had a shuttle service to and from the park. The room itself was spacious and relatively clean, which was a plus. the pool was dirty and cold, so we couldn't use it, and the breakfast left a lot to be desired with small coffee cups and limited options. In terms of facilities, the hotel lacked proper maintenance with broken drawers, flickering lights, and potholes in the parking lot. the staff was not very accommodating, and there were issues with double charges and deposits that were not returned, which left a sour taste in my mouth. while Surestay has some positive aspects like its location and shuttle service, the lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and quality of amenities made it a less than enjoyable stay.

The property features a fantastic outdoor playground for kids, with a colorful climbing structure and fun plastic slides. Families can also enjoy the outdoor pool with covered seating and a delightful splash park for children. It's a great place to entertain the kids while parents relax.
My wife says that the breakfast options for kids could be improved.

The location was convenient for my conference, within walking distance. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The pool provided a fun experience for my kids.
The room cleanliness was subpar, with odors and unclean surfaces. The lack of proper room service and noise disturbance from other guests were disappointing.

the hotel's location is great - within walking distance to universal. the rooms have a small fridge and microwave for quick meals. the pool was clean and lovely, and the staff were very friendly.

the staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to keep my bags in the room for a nominal fee. the pool was a great spot to relax, and there's a bar with drinks and food on site. the property is clean and comfortable, with plenty of common areas for families to enjoy. it's also conveniently located near restaurants and shops, away from the overcrowded tourist areas.

Despite the problems we had with our rooms, our overall stay at Surestay Plus in Orlando was delightful. The location was perfect, as it was close to attractions, restaurants, and the transportation center. The room itself, although not brand new, was spacious and clean. The pool area was the highlight of our getaway, and the bar was a great place to relax. The breakfast, although mostly sweet options, was satisfying. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
The room cleanliness was an issue when we first arrived. It was filled with hair and required us to ask reception for it to be cleaned.
